Understanding Your Endocrinology Care: Frequently Asked Questions

  • Access, Convenience, Personalized Care, Transparent Pricing, Stronger Relationship with your Doctor

With telemedicine, you can easily connect with your direct care endocrinologist from the comfort of your home, eliminating the need for travel

Whether you need a quick follow-up, a medication refill, or have a general health question, reaching out to your doctor is faster and easier

Unlike traditional insurance-based healthcare models, which often make scheduling appointments a challenge, direct care practices offer a lot of flexibility for appointments including weekends and after hours and during holidays.

This level of accessibility ensures that you can prioritize your health without delay or compromise

Price transparency is a core principle of the direct care model. Unlike traditional insurance-based systems, where service prices can be hidden and confusing, direct care practices provide a straightforward pricing structure.

Understanding the costs of your medical care upfront is important. This transparency allows you to plan and budget effectively, ensuring you can access the care you need without unexpected financial burdens. At Progressive Endocrinology you’ll receive clear information regarding pricing. This empowers you to make informed decisions about your healthcare and manage your medical expenses confidently.

Price transparency cultivates trust and fosters a strong connection between you and your endocrinologist.

Dr. Jafri focuses on spending quality time with her patients. In contrast to traditional insurance-based healthcare, where doctors frequently face time constraints, direct care allows for longer, more relaxed visits. This means you can engage in detailed discussions with your doctor, address all your concerns, and receive the attentive care you truly deserve.

In a traditional insurance-based system, seeing different doctors for various health concerns can lead to fragmented care. In contrast, here you have a physician who is familiar with your medical history and understands your unique needs, providing personalized and consistent care. This continuity fosters trust and allows for a deeper understanding of your health, resulting in improved health outcomes and greater patient satisfaction.
